Through her work with The Authentic Organisation and via her own very successful training company choose2b ltd her mission is to support people to make positive changes in their lives, their relationships and their businesses.
Following a very successful sales career, Lisa has been working in the learning and development arena since 1994 and is a highly skilled and qualified trainer and coach. Since establishing her own business in 2000, Lisa has worked with an impressive range of national and international clients ranging from small independent businesses to global franchise operations, large corporate companies and public sector organisations. She also works with a large number of private individuals, providing training and coaching interventions which create tangible improvements to performance and profitability. She is also very active in the qualification arena, not only in the development of nationally recognised qualifications, but also in supporting various businesses in their attainment of vocational qualifications.
Through her Horses for Courses® programmes Lisa is able to combine her love of horses with her master NLP trainer skills. She uses experiential equine facilitated learning techniques to improve business and personal performance by exploring people's abilities to build rapport, lead, communicate, coach, negotiate and influence.
Lisa is a congruent trainer and coach, and brings her values of honesty, integrity, pragmatism, continuous learning, commitment, openness, rapport, feedback, fun, authenticity, professionalism, expertise and a passion for excellence to every client interaction. Lisa has personal business interests in a number of companies and is a retained consultant for a range of different businesses and so is able to draw on a depth and breadth of practical business acumen. She is always conscious of the need to provide a return on investment and her learning interventions are outcome focused to ensure they meet both business and personal objectives.
Lisa is married to Adam and they live in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside with their 2 horses and 3 cats. When Lisa isn't riding and looking after her horses, she likes to spend time with her 10 godchildren or socialise with friends. She loves to ski and enjoys travelling. Lisa also practices yoga and reiki.
